Refund policy

Returns: We want you to love your Kutt products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. You can return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process.

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.
